How long does shipping take for my beer order?
We aim to deliver your craft beer within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your box leaves our warehouse.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, because our products contain alcohol, someone over the age of 21 must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the package.
What should I do if my bottles arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives broken, please take a photo and contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Are BrewDog beers suitable for vegans?
The majority of our headliner beers, including Punk IPA and Hazy Jane, are vegan-friendly. Please check the specific product description for any limited edition brews that may contain lactose.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can manage, pause, or cancel your beer subscription at any time through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.
