Ensure your items are in their original packaging and that any perishable goods, such as beer, are only returned if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the items using the original shipping materials to prevent breakage during transit and clearly mark the outside with your RMA number.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized courier point; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
